Penny Hamilton, Ph.D., Teaching Women To Fly
It's rare for someone to be a pilot with only 0.23% of the US population being active pilots. Of that 0.23% only 6% of pilots are female pilots. Yes, that means only .014% of the US population. Dr. Penny Hamilton asks the basic question, "Why is that?" Well, she's actually been asking people a lot more than that and we talk with her about what some of those questions are, who she's asking, and the trends she's beginning to discover that will hopefully lead to more women becoming pilots. Teaching Women To Fly (5/11/10)

We talk with Jeremy Monnett about what that means for customers and the kitbuilding community. Sonex Aircraft (5/11/10)
